Multi Teacher

Multi teacher management is designed for Organisations/Music Schools that have, as the name suggests, multiple teachers.

Once your account is set up you can start adding teachers straight away.

You will be able to manage each teachers diary and their students.

Organisation/Music School accounts have extra settings that allow you to better manage your company, such as:

• Commission or hourly rate
• Who can manage bookings
• Who can see students contact information
• Cancellation policy
• Who can enter service locations

One of the biggest benefits of our multi teacher management is the automated payouts. This means you can set your desired commission or hourly rate for each teacher and our system will automatically payout to the organisation/music school and each of its teachers on a weekly basis.

You are given a full break down of each payout inside your finances section.

Please note that payouts are only applicable for payments that were processed by card through our system.

Our current clients have saved a lot of time and stress from their previous systems, however if you prefer that your company is paid the full amount so you can distribute it amongst your teachers yourself, then this can also be done by simply setting the organisation commission rate to 100%.
