Offline

Although we would highly recommend using our Single, Subscription and Class booking types, with automated card payments, we know that there are situations where this isn't suitable.

A good example of this is perhaps you provide lessons in a public school, and the lessons are paid for by the school or a third party rather than the students themselves.

This is where "offline" lessons are useful. You can still enter the user and booking into your diary, but it won't follow our usual automation and payment process.

Instead, offline lessons can be:

• Added to an invoice
• Manually marked as paid
• No payment required (free trial lesson)
