My Music Lessons operates an automated cancellation
policy based on the teachers/facilities requirements.

If a student/customer gives the correct notice to amend a booking they will be given two options:
Rearrange:They can rearrange their booking with the same teacher/facility for a different time or day at no extra charge.
Cancel:They can cancel their booking altogether without rebooking and receive a full credit refund. This credit will either be automatically applied to their next subscription booking if it was part of a subscription or the student/customer will be given credit against their next single booking.
If less than the required notice is given to rearrange or cancel a booking by a student/customer then the full fee is still payable with no refund given.
No time restrictions are applied if a teacher/facility needs to rearrange or cancel a booking. So for example a teacher/facility has an emergency and has to rearrange or cancel a students/cusomters booking 2 hours beforehand, the system will offer the student/customer the chance to choose another time slot or offer a credit refund.
A student/customer can also request a credit to be refunded back to the original source of payment e.g. debit card. However this will incur a small fee for each individual credit.
