Unavailability

Unavailability allows you to enter a period where you are unavailable, and our system will automatically check to see if there are any bookings or events in that period.

You can then see an itemised list of which bookings will be cancelled before confirming.

Once confirmed our system will automatically:

• Cancel and remove any applicable booking from your diary
• Mark the relevant time slots as unavailable
• Email any students affected
• Apply any applicable payments or credits to the next subscription lesson

This is particularly useful when you want to take a holiday or an emergency comes up. Simply enter the time/date you are unavailable, and we will take care of the rest.
