For example, when running a multiple teacher organisation, you may have more teachers than you have rooms, risking the possibility of double booking the space. This feature allows you to create room calendars and assign bookings to them from your teacher's diary. This way you will know exactly which teacher is in what room.
You also have the option to make your room calendar public and allow customers to book the space through your public profile. This is great for room hire, such as rehearsal space.
Rooms are also assigned to locations, so you can set up multiple room calendars for different locations. This is great for organisations that operate in multiple locations.
